About the Role:
As a Sales and Technical Engineer at EPPS, you will bridge the gap between technical expertise and client-driven sales. This hybrid role combines hands-on engineering tasks with customer-facing sales activities, requiring you to design solutions, troubleshoot systems, and build relationships to drive business growth.
- Assemble, install, and troubleshoot sorting systems and machinery for clients.
- Perform equipment maintenance, optimization, and prepare detailed service reports.
- Travel to client sites for installations, repairs, and technical support.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project quality and compliance.
- Present and demonstrate machinery/automation products to clients at their facilities, events, or offices.
- Design customized technical proposals and functional studies to address client needs.
- Identify and onboard new clients in key industrial areas (6th of October City, Obour City, 10th Ramadan City).
- Build long-term client relationships through clear communication and tailored solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and automation advancements.
- Conduct technical studies to align company offerings with market demands.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics or Mechanical)Minimum 2 years in technical sales of machinery/equipment OR a hybrid role combining sales and hands-on engineering.Experience in industrial environments .Age ≤ 35.Flexibility for frequent short-term travel across Egypt.Residency in Cairo or Giza .Language: Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
