HR Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with CEO and department heads on company structure.
- Work on developing manpower plan in reference to the new structure, identify needed positions and or promotions.
- Create and develop Job Descriptions for new hires and existing employees.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process including job posts through appropriate channels, screening, head hunting and interviewing to develop the best talent for the organization.
- Identify the skills, knowledge and capabilities required for the new hires and existing employees to meet the changing needs of Citrus, this involves analysing the current state of Citrus and identifying any gaps in employee performance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement KPIS with relevant stakeholders that are aligned with the overall business strategy and targets.
- Design a competitive compensation system and incentives. Also develop employee benefit package that retains current staff and attracts newcomers.
- Handle HR budget and manage the budget process with other departments including operations and expense planning.
- Ensure appropriate staff records and files are maintained, employee contracts and overall database.
- Manage the preparation of payroll and salary transfers.
- Play a key role in creating a culture that supports the organization goals and values and in fostering a positive and engaged workforce.
Requirement and skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR operations
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- People oriented and results driven.
- Advanced principles of office management, budgeting, administration, and supervision
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
