CRM and 3PL Logistics Sales Manager

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the 3PL logistics business.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track customer data and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
  • Lead negotiations with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms are agreed upon.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of logistics services to clients.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet business targets.

5-7 years of experience in a sales management position within the logistics or 3PL sector.Strong background in 3PL warehouse management and logistics processes.Excellent market scanning and business development abilities.Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to long-term partnership building.Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.Good Command in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.Proficient in CRM software and related sales tools.6 October & Giza Residence.
