- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Ensure proper storage of materials in designated areas to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including material quantities, locations, and movements.
- Issue materials to project sites or departments based on approved requests.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the Material Control Supervisor.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and organization of materials for easy identification.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store and comply with safety and security protocols.
- Prepare and submit regular inventory and stock movement reports.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in the construction industry.Knowledge of construction materials, inventory management practices, and warehousing operations.Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
