TALENCO a leading contracting firm in Triumph Square - Heliopolis is seeking a Site & & HQ Technical Office Engineer BIM (Architectural - Civil - Electrical - Mechanical) to join our growing team. We specialize in construction and fit-out services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Triumph Square - The selected candidate will play a crucial role in our architectural team, ensuring the successful execution of architectural in our Mega Residential Projects (Sodic – New Giza….)

• Prepare detailed and precise architectural shop drawings.
• Team Lead with other engineering teams to ensure the architectural integrity of the project.
• Perform quantity surveying for architectural materials and components.

· Report To Top Management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in creating high-quality architectural shop drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and Quantity Surveying methodologies.
• Prior experience in the Construction industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, and AutoCAD. 5-10 years of relevant experience in architectural projects.
• Proven experience in Revit is Must
