- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Assist customers by understanding their individual needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow up the customer's requirements related to various departments.
- Follow up social media channels.
- Act as focal point between sales team and other departments
- Maintain Customer Relations.
- Update customer list.
- Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
- Collection process follow up.
- Handle customers complaints.
- Handle Sales business trips.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Assist the sales team with administrative work.
- Track Sales team schedules, T&A and visits.
- Consistent reporting for the sales team performance and customers patterns.
3-5 years of experience.Bachelor degree.Experience in Tele-Sales preferred.Factories & Manufacturing experience preferred.Social Media Management.Excellent communication skills in English/Arabic.Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.Females only 6th October or nearby residence.
