The HR Recruitment Supervisor oversees the end-to-end recruitment process, leading a team of recruiters to attract, select, and onboard top talent. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, compliance with labor laws, and efficient hiring practices. The supervisor will collaborate with HR teams to refine strategies, improve candidate experience.
- Design and adopt recruitment strategies for critical roles or high-volume hiring
- Team and process management
- Train and mentor recruiters on best practices for screening, interviewing and engaging candidates.
- Create job descriptions
- Optimize workflows by improving the tools/systems used by specialists
- Develop an advanced candidate group
- Analyze recruitment channels (e.g. LinkedIn and niche job boards) to effectively allocate resources.
- Metrics and reporting
- Track team performance and report to HR leadership
