  • Manage in-store Partnership’s inventory and relationships, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.  You will report into and collaboratively with an on-site General Manager and remotely with the Founder.

Where You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Supplier & Inventory Management

    • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with Partners and suppliers, negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to secure high-quality products and cost efficiencies.
    • Monitor inventory levels and implement forecasting strategies to ensure timely replenishment and prevent overstocking or shortages.
    • Evaluate supplier performance regularly and address any discrepancies or challenges proactively.

  • Operational Excellence

    • Oversee operational workflows and ensure alignment with sales and service objectives in the London store.
    • Ensure all store equipment, including biohacking therapies, is maintained, operational, and meets safety standards.
    • Optimize inventory management systems and processes, leveraging technology and analytics to improve efficiency.

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration

    • Coordinate remotely with the in-store team of part-time Store Associates, providing direction, support, and training on operational protocols and inventory procedures.
    • Act as the bridge between store operations and leadership, ensuring alignment on key priorities and initiatives.

  • Budget & Financial Oversight

    • Develop and manage procurement budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
    • Prepare reports on inventory trends, operational metrics, and financial performance to guide decision-making.

  • Market Research & Innovation

    • Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new suppliers, products, or technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Explore opportunities to innovate and optimise operational workflows and inventory processes.
