As Retail Store Operations Management, you will play a critical role to ensure the seamless operation of our flagship London store:
- Managing a small onsite team, who will be operating 7 days per week, with early morning starts and later evening closers, and weekends
- Manage in-store Partnership’s inventory and relationships, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. You will report into and collaboratively with an on-site General Manager and remotely with the Founder.
Where You’ll Spend Your Time
- Supplier & Inventory Management
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with Partners and suppliers, negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to secure high-quality products and cost efficiencies.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement forecasting strategies to ensure timely replenishment and prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Evaluate supplier performance regularly and address any discrepancies or challenges proactively.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee operational workflows and ensure alignment with sales and service objectives in the London store.
- Ensure all store equipment, including biohacking therapies, is maintained, operational, and meets safety standards.
- Optimize inventory management systems and processes, leveraging technology and analytics to improve efficiency.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Coordinate remotely with the in-store team of part-time Store Associates, providing direction, support, and training on operational protocols and inventory procedures.
- Act as the bridge between store operations and leadership, ensuring alignment on key priorities and initiatives.
- Budget & Financial Oversight
- Develop and manage procurement budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Prepare reports on inventory trends, operational metrics, and financial performance to guide decision-making.
- Market Research & Innovation
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new suppliers, products, or technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Explore opportunities to innovate and optimise operational workflows and inventory processes.
