- Review the table numbers with the actual numbers on the table .
- Print samples of checks and make sure the items in the check are the same on the table .
- Make sure that every captain in the lounge does not keep any amounts with him after calculating the table and go to the cashier directly to close the check .
- Do not allow any order to leave the bar unless there is a printed copy of the order on the check .
- Review the checks on the bar and compare them with actual orders .
- Make a daily inventory of the bar and send it to the cost Department for analysis and extract the deficit and increase the next day and the deficit, if any, will be charged to the restaurant .
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hotels or Finance.Previous experience in food and beverage and Nightlife is a must.Previous experience as a Night cost controller is a must.Previous experience with Night auditing systems such as COMSYS or POS.
