· Setting up a portfolio of projects in line with the strategic objectives
· Supervising budget, timing, resources, quality and project satisfaction
· Implement and monitor global program standards and tools
· Managing the expectations and communication towards the stakeholders
· Managing the risks and incidents on the projects
· Visiting the locations during their implementation projects and handling issues on the spot
• Education & Experience: Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in ERP projects.• ERP Expertise: Experience with Oracle Cloud is preferred; knowledge of other ERP platforms is a plus.• Business Process Knowledge: Understanding of finance, supply chain, HR, and operations across various industries.• Vendor & Project Management: Expertise in vendor evaluation, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.• Certifications (Preferred, Not Mandatory): PMP, PRINCE2, and ERP certifications are a plus.• Technical Skills: Familiarity with data migration, system integration, and change management strategies.• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.• Implementation & Adoption: Ability to manage ERP rollouts, drive user adoption, and ensure continuous improvement.
