Key accountabilities and decision ownership: - Execute the recruitment and hiring full cycle: securing a pool of qualified candidates, job fairs, recruitment & selection, hiring documents, and applicant tracking documentation& analysis.
- Carry out all onboarding activities for new hires: employee files, HR induction (content and delivery)
- Implement training full cycle as per the approved training plan and occasionally create content and conduct awareness sessions: initiating Training Needs Analysis (TNA), sourcing service providers, assessing training effectiveness, and finally administering contracts and payments.
- Participate in budgeting activities by providing the relevant data: training plan, sourcing channels expenses, and employee events.
- Run the summer internship program: initiate with the heads for their needs, plan the program, track attendance, and finally prepare certificates.
- Maintain an updated org. Chart, job profiles, policies, and procedures.
- Update all required documents and procedures related to HR for internal and external audits.

Job Requirements:- B.Sc degree in Business Administration or equivalent.- 4 - 6 years of experience in Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition “Manufacturing Recruitment background is a Must”.- Automotive Background Highly preferred. - CBI certificate is a plus.- Wide exposure in hiring (White & Blue) Collars.- Solid knowledge with various recruitment Platforms (White & Blue). - Hands - on experience in Onboarding activities , Training administrating would be a plus.- Strong Interpersonal, Communication skills “Verbal & Written.”- Very good Reporting and Time Management skills.- Very good English language skills (Written & Spoken).
