- Participate in the development of long term plans and the formulation of product marketing policies in cooperation with the direct manager
- Assist in the follow-up, evaluation and implementation of annual marketing plans and strategies.
- Establishment of a database on markets, competitors and geographical areas and their distribution.
- Develop promotional plans, advertising and sales presentations in coordination with the direct manager.
- Conduct marketing research and study the market share of the company and competitors.
- Always search for and connect with new customers and maintain excellent relationships with them.
- Identify the sales areas to benefit from the largest number of customers.
- Provide detailed periodic reports on the achievements and marketing problems.
- Contributing in determining product prices.
- Setting the marketing budget after direct manager approval and verify compliance with the plan and modify any deviation if any
- Preparing monthly / quietly / annually reports to direct manager.
- Review and audit marketing plan and the impact of the promotional campaign on the volume of sales
- Conduct Marketing analysis of all information related to products and training the team to help them achieve the objectives of the company
- Supervising the preparation of company seminars and conferences to promote the products of the company and its impact on sales.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with the products and services and ensuring that company sales message is delivered accurately.
- Ensuring continuous communication with customers and dealing with excellence and product delivery in the best way.
- Ensure the coverage of all customers all over Egypt.
B.Sc. in Vet medicine or Pharmacy - 12 + years’ experience in sales and marketing field in Veterinary or human pharma field.Technical background is a Plus.MBA preferred in Marketing or Business.Excellent command of both written and spoken English.Excellent computer literacyExcellent analysis skillsExceptional communication and presentation skillsFlexibility in dealing with changing priorities and effectively multi-tasks across multiple initiatives/projects.
