We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Manual QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of web and mobile applications, as well as websites, through testing and reporting. This role requires excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Planning and Design:
   • Analyze project requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases as a Quality control engineer.
   • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to understand application features and workflows.
2. Testing Execution:
   1. Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing on web and mobile applications, as well as websites as Quality control engineer.
   2. Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools.
   3. Verify bug fixes and ensure that resolved issues do not introduce new defects.
3. Test Documentation:
   • Maintain detailed and organized records of test cases, test results, and defect reports.
   • Provide clear and concise documentation of testing processes and outcomes.
4. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
   • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and project reviews as part of the Agile development process.
5. Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure applications meet design specifications, performance benchmarks, and security standards.
   • Test applications across various devices, browsers, and operating systems to ensure compatibility.
6. Continuous Improvement:
   • Provide feedback on application design and functionality to improve user experience and product quality.
   • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in manual testing and quality assurance.
