Key Responsibilities:
- The Sales & Marketing manager will have to develop new markets for the Chemical and Resin products manufactured by the company
- Developing customer relationships and driving sales across all products will be one the primary responsibilities
- Increasing the company’s market share in existing business along with overall increase in sales revenue and profitability.
- Conduct regular customer visits for feedback and use the insights to refine sales and marketing strategies of the company.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities for local and export markets.
- Develop and implement sales plans in line with the requirements of the company.
- Participate in National and International tenders on behalf of the company and be well versed in dealing with large public sector enterprises.
- Excellent customer relationship management to ensure long-term relations are maintained with all customers.
- Work with the sales team to ensure smooth sales operations and co-ordination.
- Collaborate and co-ordinate with Production, Quality, R&D and other departments to ensure complete customer satisfaction and successful developments of new products.
- Gather feedback from customers and sales teams to improve marketing plans.
- General market analysis and reports on regular basis.
- Manage and efficiently plan marketing budget to boost sales and market share.
- To ensure excellent coordination with all customers & sales team to ensure timely collection of dues.
- To lead and mentor the existig team of sales and marketing and provide training for upskilling if required.
Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/engineering or related subjects Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred. Minimum 12+ years of work experience preferably in chemical manufacturing Industry. Skills and other Requirements: Strong understanding of Industrial marketing and sales strategies.Experience in sales & marketing of Industrial Chemicals is preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work with cross-cultural teams. International and local travel experience. Strong knowledge of sales & marketing principles, team managementExcellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal).Ability to manage and plan budgets, multitask and work under pressure.Ability to forecast and foresee market trends and initiate actions based on that. To be a go-getter with proactive approach to work.
