Sales Manager (profile)

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets.
3. Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
5. Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and target for improvement.
6. Collaborate with marketing to align sales campaigns with market trends.
7. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
8. Track industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of market demands.
9. Develop and manage sales forecasts, reports, and budgets.


 Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2. Proven experience as a Sales Manager At least 4 years3. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs Competency:1. Leadership and team management ability2. Excellent in Strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.3. Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.4. Fluent in English
