Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience to create visually engaging content for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and animation, along with experience using AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for social media, websites, advertisements, and other platforms.
• Edit and produce engaging reels, short-form videos, and other multimedia content tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visually compelling stories.
• Utilize Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other industry-standard tools to create seamless animations and transitions.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to enhance workflows, generate creative assets, and optimize video production.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in motion design, animation, and video editing to ensure cutting-edge output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Experience working with AI tools for video editing, animation, or asset generation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and video editing work (especially reels and short-form content).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
