-Responsible for all the mass hiring requests
-Leading the recruitment team and responsible for the tracking of the team's performance
-Update the daily and monthly reports
-Ensure that all received recruitment requests match our service delivery level
-Open new recruitment channels to improve the recruitment process
-Communicate directly with our clients and line managers
-Responsible for the performance and KPIs of the recruitment team
-3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (mass hiring)-Minimum 1 year of experience in the same title-Very good English language writing and speaking-Excellent leadership skills-Previous experience in Telecommunication or call center industry-HR Certificate or diploma is preferred
