Graphic Designer

 Job Purpose:
Responsible for creating and producing visually compelling designs, logos, branding elements, and marketing materials. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute design strategies that meet business objectives while maintaining the integrity of the brand’s identity. The Designer will contribute to enhancing the visual appeal of digital and print materials, ensuring that all creative output aligns with the company's standards and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Design Creation:

Develop and produce high-quality graphics for digital platforms, print materials, websites, and social media channels.
Design logos, branding elements, and marketing collateral that align with the company’s brand identity and strategic goals.

2.Brand Consistency:

Ensure consistent use of branding guidelines across all design projects, maintaining brand integrity in all visual content.
Implement and refine branding strategies through creative design solutions.

3.Typography and Layout Design:

Utilize typography effectively to create visually appealing, legible, and on-brand designs for a variety of media. 
Ensure consistent and effective use of layout design principles across all projects.

4.Collaboration with Teams:

Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate business and marketing objectives into design deliverable.
Provide creative insights during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of design strategies.


5.File Management and Optimization:

Prepare and optimize design files for both print and digital production, ensuring high-quality output for all formats. 
Manage file versions and project workflows to ensure timely delivery of design projects.

6.Project Management and Deadline Adherence:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively. 
Ensure that all design materials are delivered on time and meet the specifications outlined by project stakeholders.

7.Industry Awareness:

Stay up to date with design trends, new tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve the creative process and outputs.


Operational Management:

Continuously evaluate and refine the design workflow to improve efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and enhance the quality of design outputs. Implement best practices for project management and file organization to ensure smooth coordination between teams.

Management Reporting:

Report on the status of ongoing design projects, resource utilization, and adherence to project budgets. Highlight any challenges related to project scope or design costs, and propose solutions for efficient resource management and cost optimization.
