- Manage the receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping of all warehouse materials and products.
- Oversee the hiring, training, scheduling, and management of warehouse staff including coordinators, forklift operators, and other logistics personnel.
- Monitor and report on key warehouse metrics such as inventory turns, on-time shipments, order accuracy, and productivity.
- Analyze inventory data and identify opportunities to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste and losses, and improve warehouse workflow.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain safety, security, and compliance in the warehouse.
- Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, production, and sales to align warehouse operations with business needs.
- Maintain relationships with transportation carriers, third-party logistics providers, and other external partners.
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse activities, budgets, and performance to upper management.
- Ensure the warehouse facility and equipment are properly maintained.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field- At least 5 years at the same position .- Previous experience in Food Production is a MUST - Proficient in inventory management software, WMS, and other logistics technology- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices• Good IT literacy (MS office, ERP & Business emails) • Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
