Uniform Shop & Inventory Management:
- Monitor uniform shop demands based on parent requests (online and in person).
- Supervise stock levels in the shop and store, ensuring timely restocking and issuing new cutting orders.
Cash & Transaction Management:
- Issue receipts for all daily collections and transactions, including cash, Visa, and online payments.
- Cover cashier duties when needed, including receiving payments and handling uniform sales.
- Monitor the accounting system and issue revised financial reports before submission to the supervisor and top management.
- Prepare and issue financial reports, including Trial Balance (T.B), Profit & Loss (P&L), and Financial Statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and all current accounts, providing timely reports to the supervisor.
- Ensure accuracy in financial data and compliance with accounting principles.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.Can join immediately.Experience in E-Invoice system.
