- Ensure all products are uploaded correctly with accurate descriptions, prices, and images.
- Regularly update the website menu, product availability, and promotions.
- Monitor website performance and report any technical issues to the IT team.
- Receive and process customer orders placed through the website.
- Coordinate with Cairo and Alexandria departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Track orders and handle customer inquiries regarding order status, delays, or modifications.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to website orders.
- Ensure a smooth online shopping experience for customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align website content with promotions and campaigns.

1-3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Online Sales, or Website Management.Strong understanding of website management and online order processing.Very good command of English (spoken and written).Proficiency in Microsoft Office, website CMS, and basic troubleshooting.Strong organizational and coordination skills.Ability to work effectively with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations.
