Business Development Representative – Remote (US/Canada Market)

Virtual Worker Now is a multinational company provider of customer solutions and business process management, outsourcing services in Canada, Europe, US. and Middle East regions. 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Representative with a strong background in lead generation and client outreach. The ideal candidate should have C1 English (advanced) level and have a proven ability to identify and engage potential clients effectively.

 

Position Overview:

This role is crucial to our company's growth, focusing on generating leads, conducting social media outreach, and leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator to connect with prospective clients. The Business Development Representative will play a key role in building strong relationships and creating new opportunities for our sales team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead Generation & Research

  • Identify and qualify leads through LinkedIn, social media, and industry-specific databases.
  • Conduct research on target companies and key decision-makers to build a strong pipeline.

Social Media Outreach & Engagement

  • Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to messages, inquiries, and comments to engage prospects.

LinkedIn Research & Sales Navigator

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for in-depth prospect research and industry analysis.
  • Maintain an organized database of prospects and manage interactions through the CRM system.

Client Engagement & Follow-Ups

  • Craft compelling outreach messages to initiate conversations with potential clients.
  • Follow up via email, phone, and LinkedIn to nurture leads and schedule sales meetings.

Collaboration with Sales Team

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Provide insights on leads, including their pain points, goals, and potential fit for our services.

Tracking & Performance Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and interactions in the CRM.
  • Generate regular reports on outreach performance, pipeline status, and key metrics.
