Job Description:
Handle all hiring and resignation processes, including social insurance forms (1, 2, and 6).
Ensure all HR practices comply with labor law regulations.
Record and update all types of leave in the system and prepare monthly reports.
Attract and headhunt talented candidates at various levels (white-collar and blue-collar).
Review attendance and overtime reports.
Manage payroll and compensation procedures.
Handle disciplinary actions and issue warning notifications when needed.
Update the HR system and company system regularly.
Perform any additional tasks as requested.
