Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for both the engineering consultancy and interior design divisions, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence across multidisciplinary teams.
Operational Oversight
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Nasr City office and other Egypt-based offices, ensuring seamless coordination between engineering consultancy and interior design teams.
- Oversee resource allocation, office policies, and procedures to ensure efficient project execution.
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs, budgets, and financial targets, ensuring profitability and alignment with business goals.
- Ensure deadlines for all projects are met by implementing effective tracking systems and workflows.
Team and Office Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, interior designers, civil engineers, MEP engineers, and other specialists.
- Promote a high-performing work culture through professional development, talent retention, and performance management.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to ensure alignment and effective communication across all disciplines.
- Support recruitment initiatives to build and maintain a strong talent pool across all engineering and design roles.
Project Oversight and Client Management
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality engineering and design projects, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance to ensure successful outcomes.
- Regularly review project progress, providing strategic input and solutions for any challenges.
Business Development and Industry Leadership
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote brand visibility and business growth.
- Actively seek feedback from clients to refine service offerings and enhance customer
Required Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).10–15 years of experience in a leadership role within engineering consultancy or interior design, with a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.Expertise in managing large-scale engineering and interior design projects from concept to completion.Expertise in leading operations for multiple office locations and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Expertise in handling budgets, deadlines, and client relationships effectively.Skills:Strong understanding of design principles, construction processes, and market trends.Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in project management software and tools.
