Production Manager

Job Summary
The Advertising Production Manager is responsible for handling the production process of advertising materials, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 

This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with creative and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage the production process for advertising campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Budgeting: Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
  • Scheduling: Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the quality of all production materials, including print, digital, and broadcast media.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, account, and media teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of projects.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any production-related issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project status, budget adherence, and quality control metrics.

Proven experience in advertising production management or a similar role.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.knowledge of manufacturing signages and cladding will be a plus.
