- Develop, plan, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
- Write and edit website content, including course announcements, blogs, and updates.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on all platforms.
- Analyse social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content.
- Stay updated on social media trends and implement new strategies to increase engagement and reach.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Proven experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations. Excellent writing and editing skills in English. Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite). Basic understanding of SEO and website management (WordPress preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
