- Digital Strategy Development:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive engagement, traffic, and conversion across all online platforms.
- Social Media Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc., to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Media Buying and Advertising:
- Oversee digital media buying, including paid search (Google Ads), display ads, social media ads, and programmatic advertising. Optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.
- SEO & SEM:
- Drive SEO efforts to enhance website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic. Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to maximize visibility and leads.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track and measure campaign performance. Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, informative, and branded content that resonates with the target audience in the healthcare and beauty sectors.
- Email Marketing & CRM:
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and automation, to nurture leads and retain existing customers.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, clinic management, customer service) to ensure alignment between digital marketing efforts and clinic objectives.
- Industry Research & Trends:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, specifically within the healthcare and beauty industries, to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.
Experience:Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing, & must have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in the healthcare, wellness, or beauty industry.Expertise:Proven experience in managing and executing social media campaigns, media buying, SEO/SEM, and email marketing. Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid advertising platforms is essential.Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Additional certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.Technical Skills:Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.), email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot), and CRM systems.Creative & Analytical:A mix of creativity and data-driven thinking. Ability to conceptualize creative campaigns while analyzing data to make informed decisions.Industry Knowledge:Strong understanding of the healthcare or beauty industry, including trends, regulations, and customer behavior.Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively across teams.Team Player:Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
