1-3 years of Payroll and Personnel experience.Having previous experience working on systems.Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations.Background in personnel is a plus.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
