- Prepare the monthly payroll operations after implementing the attendance policy
- Prepare the monthly attendance, overtime, and consolidation reports to facilitate payroll operations
- Track employee attendance , leave and track employees’ absences, and send legal warnings accordingly, to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Receipt of penalties’ memos and ensure its conformity with the regulations and the investigations of the Legal Affairs and implement the normal administrative
- Manage governmental relations and ensure compliance
- Follow up with employees' contracts, renewals, resignations, and hiring documents
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
- Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.3+ years of relevant experience in personnel and payrollSolid knowledge of labor and social insurance laws.Strong understanding of governmental relations.Strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel)Excellent command of Microsoft Excel is a must
