Sales Key Account Manager "FF&E" (Hospitality) (B2B)

As the FF&E Sales Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with our key clients in the hospitality industry. Your primary focus will be on delivering tailored FF&E solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients while achieving sales and revenue targets. This is a unique opportunity to combine your sales expertise with a passion for creating stunning hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and grow relationships with existing key accounts in the hospitality sector.
  • Identifying and pursue new business opportunities, including hotel chains, resorts, and boutique properties.
  • Collaborating with designers, project managers, and procurement teams to develop customized FF&E solutions.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from project initiation to completion.
  • Preparing and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to clients' needs.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitors, and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Negotiating contracts and ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:Proven experience (+8) years of experience in FF&E sales or key account management, ideally within the hospitality industry.Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Architecture …. or any similar field.Owning a car is a must.Strong network of contacts within the hotel and hospitality sector is highly desirable.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of FF&E products, trends, and procurement processes.Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
