We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee and enhance the service cycle within our organization. This role will focus on evaluating and optimizing systems, processes, and service delivery to maintain high standards across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational workflows, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits on processes, service delivery, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Identify gaps in procedures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies, guidelines, and checklists.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure consistent adherence to quality protocols.
- Analyze customer feedback and service reports to identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control measures and best practices.
- Maintain detailed reports on audits, assessments, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all departments comply with internal and external regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Hospitality, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or concierge industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies is a plus.Please note all candidates must be able to communicate fluently in English.
