Job Title: Account Executive – Real Estate & Luxury Travel Markets
Location: Hybrid - Cairo / Alexandria
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team, specializing in Real Estate and Luxury Travel Markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end property sales, luxury travel, or hospitality and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with luxury real estate developers, travel agencies, hospitality brands, and high-end clientele.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the luxury travel and real estate sectors.
- Customize and present tailored solutions that align with clients' exclusive needs and expectations.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure seamless client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the luxury property and travel industry.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute high-impact campaigns and networking events.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring a premium experience for all clients.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in luxury real estate sales, hospitality, travel services, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of high-net-worth clientele and their expectations.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a luxury market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Mandarin are a plus).
