Role Description
- Contact customers on a daily basis, using direct approaches telephone, to meet & set appointments with customers.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain working knowledge and understanding of monthly goals, to include daily tracking and the necessary action to meet those goals.
- Manage third party’s relationship including dealers, merchants, and others.
- Communicate with the applicant from time of initial contact through loan closing.
- Ensure all the documents for all new loans are complete as per our policies and procedures.
- Communicate with operations, credit, and investigation team to ensure satisfaction of required documentation and requested stipulations to ensure efficient loan closing.
- Be imaginative and creative in the delivery of customer service.
Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree.7– 12 years of experience in sales “Relevant experience to Consumer finance is preferred”Strong Selling skillsGood in English (writing and reading)Good knowledge of MS OfficeGood Communication skillsProblem Solving skills
