Key Account Manager "Construction Chemicals Background"


• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales and the sales team.
• Increase the company brand awareness and boost its presence in the market.
• Increase client intimacy and trust. 
• Hire new clients. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them, understanding their needs and help them achieve their objectives.
• Build and continually assess distribution channels. Develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans.
• Provide daily on-the-ground support and help close new deals.
• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
• Cooperate with other services (finance, R&D, production, supply-chain, HR, admin) to provide our customers with the best quality service and solutions and increase the company’s revenue and improve image.
• Prepare and present sales activity reports to the management team. Participate in the building of budget, sales target and business plan that meet the company’s objectives and strategy.
• Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate customers’ data to superiors.
• Conduct market studies and participate in the building of the annual marketing plan.  
• Provide competitive intelligence. Build and perpetually update the market competitive scheme.
• Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications, and competition
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. 
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Minimum 8 years of sales experience in construction chemicals, cement business, concrete business, building materials, etc is a MUST.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Excellent in preparing sales reports, business plans, budgets, and marketing strategies.Experience in managing distribution channels and resolving conflicts.
