We are seeking an experienced Client Account Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients by understanding their needs and delivering on marketing targets. This role requires an understanding of corporate marketing, managing clients, and analyzing marketing metrics.
The position is an opportunity to contribute to the strategic marketing direction of our clients by identifying client needs, delivering reports on opportunities in the market, and taking the lead on execution.
Teamwork and communication are essential to success in the role. The candidate must work well with professionals both within and outside of the company. The ability to work independently and research to learn on your own is crucial to succeeding in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor
- Conduct regular reviews to understand client goals, challenges, and expectations
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement within client accounts
Account Management:
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing content
- Monitor marketing metrics, analyze, and create reports on marketing performance
- Collaborate with the creative team to relay feedback from clients and ensure quality (delivered on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations)
Strategic Planning:
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
- Stay up-to-date with clients’ industry trends and best practices to provide insights
- Offer recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies based on data analysis
Communication Support:
- Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally as needed
- Provide regular status updates and organize meetings (internal or external) as needed
