Job Purpose:

Seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor ”Commercial Kitchens” [B2B] with a strong background in the hospitality industry and commercial kitchen equipment. The role involves managing and leading a full sales team, driving sales performance, and building relationships with key clients in the market. Proven leadership and sales expertise in the hospitality sector are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and leading the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and acquire new ones in the hotel and hospitality sector.

Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of hotel kitchen equipment, including their features, benefits, and applications.

Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.

Training and mentoring the sales team to improve their product knowledge, selling techniques, and overall performance.

 Overseeing the preparation of quotations, proposals, and follow-up on client inquiries to ensure timely and accurate service.

Addressing and resolving customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Preparing and submitting regular sales reports to management, including forecasts and sales performance updates.

 Working closely with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Focusing on meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.


Proven experience (+8) years of experience in hotel kitchen equipment Sales Supervisor ”Commercial Kitchens” [B2B] or related industries.Bachelor’s degree is a must.Owning a car is a MUST.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.
