- Conduct market research to Analyze customer behaviors
- Handling customer queries received through the social media channels and coordinating with relevant departments and resolving them.
- Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys.
- Identify and Analyze competitors' activities
- Coordinate, organize and follow-up promotional activities, marketing campaigns within the branch network.
- Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) forecasts.
- Monitoring and tracking progress of post-event marketing activities.
- Coordinate and procure branding & promotional material requirements
Entry Level, minimum of 01 year of experience in a similar capacity. Proficiency in MS Office packages and designing software Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator will be an added advantage. Familiarity and exposure to social media activations and web analytics. Proven track-record in Marketing research, Communications, Team Coordination, Event & Campaign planning etc. Creativity, Analytical & Organizational skills and a thorough knowledge of Marketing best practices are pre-requisites. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English is desirable.
