Job Description: Operations Manager

We are seeking a professional and qualified Operations Manager to join our team. 

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that processes are carried out efficiently and effectively. 

This role will work closely with various teams to meet strategic objectives and improve overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure that all activities are executed efficiently and meet high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, and efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with various teams (marketing, sales, production) to ensure coordination and successful execution of plans.
  • Monitor overall performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and organize schedules and resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time.
  • Develop and update operational policies and procedures regularly to align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on operational progress and results.
  • Manage diverse teams and provide guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Coordinate with HR teams to recruit and train new staff to meet operational needs.
  • Monitor risks and take preventative actions to minimize operational risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using operations management tools (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in project management and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
