Brand Sales Manager

Job Brief:

The Brand Sales Manager is a mid-to-senior-level professional responsible for driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with clients, partners, and governmental sectors. 

This role is integral in selling the company’s projects, securing service contracts, and landing production jobs through retainer agreements.

The Brand Sales Manager works closely with internal teams to meet revenue goals and ensure the company’s brand image is consistently upheld while achieving ROI targets.

Key Responsibilities: Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and implement strategies to sell the company’s projects, ensuring revenue and ROI goals are achieved.
  • Identify and secure retainer contracts for production services, creating consistent revenue streams.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities across various sectors to expand the company’s client base.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Oversee client accounts after the sale, ensuring smooth transitions to operations and production teams.

Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners and governmental entities, fostering collaboration and mutual growth.
  • Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and events, promoting its services and projects effectively.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify joint opportunities that align with business objectives.

Project and Service Promotion:

  • Actively promote the company’s projects and services through presentations, networking events, and industry platforms.
  • Create impactful sales materials and proposals that effectively communicate the value of the company’s offerings.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine and enhance sales strategies.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track sales performance against set targets and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, revenue achievements, and market insights.
  • Analyze client feedback and market data to improve future sales and project strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and production teams to align sales efforts with project deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development of project pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Support the creative team in crafting compelling pitches and presentations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
