Job Title: Senior Human Resources Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources Officer to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically within the hospitality and restaurant sector. Experience in Gulf countries will be considered an advantage. You will be responsible for leading HR operations, managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee relations, and supporting the overall HR strategy for our restaurants and departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations & Support: Assist the company in managing departmental and restaurant requirements related to HR operations and employee management.
  • Recruitment Management: Lead and execute recruitment processes, including screening CVs, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for hires.
  • Onboarding & Legal Compliance: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary legal and contractual documentation is completed and processed.
  • Employee Attendance Management: Maintain a detailed record of employee attendance, take necessary corrective actions as required, and handle related inquiries.
  • Reporting & Administration: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports, as well as assist with administrative tasks and communication.
  • Kitchen Trials & Interviews: Conduct on-site kitchen trials and interviews for operational roles.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth HR operations and effective communication.
  • Employee Relations & Documentation: Handle employee-related documentation, communication, and general HR queries in a timely and professional manner.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Experience in managing HR functions in the Gulf region is highly desirable.


Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time-sensitive tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Egypt and the Gulf region.
