About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Project Engineer to lead and manage maintenance operations across diverse industrial sites. This role involves working in challenging environments, ensuring project success, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead on-site management and supervise project execution.

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Oversee RFIs, submittals, method statements, and lifting plans.

Ensure strict adherence to QHSE regulations and technical standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during project execution.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering professional development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or production engineering (or equivalent).

10+ years of experience in maintenance project engineering, with at least 5 years in managerial roles.

Preferably has good experience in heavy industries such as cement, iron & steel or manufacturing plants.

Robust knowledge of cranes, lifting plans, and project management.

Strong Expertise of welding, and its ITP

Fluency in reading technical drawings and schematics.

Solid skills in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Requirements

Based in Alexandria, Egypt, with flexibility to travel frequently within and outside the region.

Ability to thrive in challenging and variable maintenance work environments.
