Job Description
- We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to direct and oversee all operations of our company in the MENA region to grow.
- Our company Amer-i-can Aligners (AA) started in 2018 at The Silicon Valley in California by an Orthodontist Dr. Amer as a competitor to Invisalign, you will be responsible for developing initiatives and business objectives to direct the company to become more efficient and profitable.
- Collaborating with our other executives and managers is vital to instilling a cohesive vision. You will report to the CEO Global and must uphold our company's values while leading it to financial success.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company’s plans and programs.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, market expansion, getting funds, and revenue generation.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
- Should have the vision and capability to help company getting funds for more growth in the future - entrepreneur mentality
- Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization’s operational and fiscal function and performance.
- Analyze and make recommendations on the impact of long range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions.
- Work with the Board to make wise investment decisions
- Actively participates in the financial management process.
- Keep watch on related markets and adjust accordingly and open new markets
- Ensures the situational analysis is appropriate for developing marketing and sales strategies.
- Reviews and approves the Risk Management Plan, as well as financial forecasts and forecasted financial statements.
- Identify risks within the company and find solutions
- Represent the company in public; attend board meetings
- Uphold company business laws and ethics
- Carry out any other duties as may be reasonably requested.
- Be conversant with all aspects of the operation and willing to cover and provide support should the need arise.
- Weekly meeting and reporting with CEO Global
