Telesales Representative

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join wave 1 team in Cairo for a reputable real-estate company in UAE . The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone, presenting our products or services, and inviting investors to see the real estate products in UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our investment opportunities
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Booking appointments for the investors to visit Dubai office and meet with an investor specialist.

Requirements and SkillsProven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role with prior experience in UAE market. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.Experience with Zoho is preferrable Fast paced learner who can learn and pitch new product features fast. Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCool-tempered and able to address client concerns and objections. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaintsQualificationsFluent English and Arabic language capabilities , any other languages is a plus. Proven experience as telesales representative or similar roleSkilled in negotiation and dealing with complaintsPersistent and results-orientedPatient and able to handle customer rejection
