Human Resources Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our Human Resources department. The HR Supervisor will ensure the seamless execution of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership and will support our team in building a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Ensure a smooth on boarding process for new employees.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure high employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with employees to monitor their integration and growth.

Performance Management:

  • Supervise the implementation of performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Work with department managers to set clear goals and monitor employee progress.
  • Identify training needs and support career development plans.

Policy and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Develop and update HR policies as needed to align with organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

HR Operations:

  • Oversee the maintenance of HR systems, including attendance tracking and leave management.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports (e.g., turnover rates, recruitment progress).
  • Monitor payroll and benefits administration in coordination with the finance team.

Training and Development:

  • Organize and facilitate training programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Strategic HR Initiatives:

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
  • Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives to minimize turnover.

 


Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Very good English level.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.What We Offer:A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive salary and benefits package.
