  • Provides help by handling client needs , questions and requests.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Coordinated agendas for meetings with visitors and clients– arranged guest and
    travel accommodations
  • Sorted and distributed incoming communication data, including faxes, letters and
    emails.
  • Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
  • Co-ordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Design and implement filing systems.
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and current.
  • Co-ordinate schedules, appointments and bookings.
  • Inspects and checks all types of customer complaints ensuring their type and identifying their proper channel for corrective action.
  • Manage internal staff relations.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Assisting the manager in their daily tasks.

B.Sc. in any discipline 3-5 years' experience in the same position fieldExperience in facilities  or relevant is prefeed.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent English skillsExcellent organizational and leadership skills
