E-Commerce Manager

El Ezaby Pharmacy is seeking to hire E-Commerce Manager with the following requirements:

Responsibilities:

·       Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with El Ezaby’s business objectives and growth goals.

·       Define annual and quarterly sales and revenue targets for the e-commerce platform and ensure their achievement.

·       Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities for the online business.

·       Oversee the performance and functionality of the current sales application to ensure a user-friendly experience, high reliability, and seamless transactions.

·       Collaborate with IT and external development teams to implement upgrades, resolve technical issues, and optimize app performance.

·       Drive improvements in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) to maximize customer engagement and conversion rates.

·       Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive traffic, increase online sales, and improve customer retention.

·       Analyze customer behavior and purchase patterns to implement data-driven improvements to marketing strategies.

·       Manage the end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, logistics, payment processing, and returns management.

·       Collaborate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure inventory availability and timely delivery.

·       Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure superior customer experience and operational efficiency.


Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields

·       Master’s degree is a plus.

·       5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or pharmacy industries.

·       Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).

·       Proficiency in UI/UX best practices and website/app performance optimization.

·       Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

·       Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

·       Familiarity with omnichannel retail strategies is an advantage.
