Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection:

Create and publish job postings.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process.

Onboard new employees and ensure smooth integration into the team.


Performance Management and Training:

Develop and implement employee performance review systems.

Organize and coordinate training sessions to improve skills and productivity.

Provide career guidance and support employees' professional growth.


Compensation and Benefits Management:

Prepare and manage employee payroll and benefits packages.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.


Policy and Compliance:

Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations.

Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts professionally.


Employee Records Management:

Maintain detailed records for all employees, including contracts, salaries, and benefits.

Generate regular HR reports for management.

Qualifications:

Experience:

3-5 years of proven experience as an HR Specialist, preferably managing teams of 40+ employees.


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.


Technical Skills:

Proficiency in HR management systems (HRIS) and payroll software.

Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.


Soft Skills:

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
