District manager (resposible for cairo and Giza Area)

-Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of store managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

• Monitor store performance, analyze data, and develop action plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Ensure stores are meeting company standards in operations, customer service, and visual presentation.

• Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Visit locations regularly to assess and improve store operations, merchandising, and customer experience.

• Collaborate with corporate teams on strategic initiatives and implement company policies and procedures.

• Manage budgets, inventory, and staffing levels to maximize profitability.

-Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, vet or science

• Proven experience as a manager minimum 2 years.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
