  • Daily Purchasing Operations:
    • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products meeting quality standards.
    • Negotiate with international suppliers to achieve the best pricing, terms, and payment conditions.
    • Monitor inspection reports.
    • Track shipments and deliveries to ensure they meet quality standards.
    • Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with the planning department to meet requirements.
    • Ensure the quality of materials.
    • Address any reported quality issues and work with suppliers to improve performance.
    • Adhere to quality standards throughout the purchasing process.
    • Follow up on supplier payments and coordinate with the finance department.
    • Complete any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
    • Handle shipping lines, ensuring timely delivery of shipments and seeking to reduce costs.
