HR Manager with Factory Industry Experience

What you’ll do:
- Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain skilled workers and staff.
- Develop and implement HR strategies tailored to the factory/industrial sector.
- Oversee employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and health & safety regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with operational goals.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of HR management experience in the factory/industrial sector (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment workplace safety standards, and HR best practices.
- Experience managing blue-collar and white-collar employees in a production environment.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
